2nd Annual Meeting
Location: FRB CESAB, Aix-en-Provence, France
Date: September 3-7, 2012
BioVeL is having its second annual meeting at CESAB, the French Foundation for Research on Biodiversity (FRB) center for biodiversity research in Aix-en-Provence, France, September 3-7, 2012. This annual meeting will allow the consortium to evaluate its first year achievements. The first workflows will be further tested, challenged, and documented before being released in the Fall. The consortium will also discuss its goals for its second year of activity, selecting the next services to be developped and addressing the release of the services to potential users.
A few LifeWatch members will participate to this meeting to pursue our collaboration, in particular with the planning of the special support center.
BioVeL consortium members will meet with a few CESAB researchers and discuss the possible use of BioVeL's services by these scientists. The consortium will also visit the Tour du Valat Mediterranean wetlands research center and meet with some of its researchers as well.
